Sanders\Wingo is an independent creative brand building company that uses cultural fluency to inspire results. We work on African American, Latino, and general market campaigns across a variety of categories. A significant amount of our work for this position will be with clients based out of El Paso.
Job Summary:
We need an individual who’s obsessed with ideas that will change the game for brands seeking transformation. Using your experience in everyday media exposure and ad agency business sense, we are looking for a change-maker who synthesizes problems and produces solutions for our clients with excellent storytelling abilities for clear communication and strategic impact.

Who You Are:

What We Need:
This is a new hybrid role within the agency that will have you at the forefront of our most interesting projects. As a Client Relations & Social Media Rep, you, along with the guidance of your supervisor, will “run” the day-to-day operations of an allocated area of business/projects and seek additional growth opportunities for the business and team. At the same time, you will develop social media campaigns. This dual role will implement social media KPIs and KRAs to measure and prove the success of our clients’ campaigns reliably. Occasional travel to Laredo, TX will be required.

What You Bring to the Table:
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing (Digital/Internet), or Communication preferred
1-3 years of work experience in an agency setting (preferred) with exposure to clients
Advertising agency experience, preferably in a multicultural consumer segment
Responsibilities – Client Relations:
Manage client expectations with the ability to recognize critical issues and resolve them.
Provide strategic insight and proactive solutions (internal and external).
Communicate and manage workflow, analytics, project tracking, timelines, and budgeting.
Organize, lead, and recap client meetings to ensure excellent client services.
Be fiscally responsible for all allocated initiatives.
Be extremely detail-oriented, personable, thick-skinned, and able to facilitate tough conversations.
Possess a go-getter, positive, and confident attitude and the ability to articulate written/verbal communications clearly.
Analyze client expectations according to past activity.
Identify key content territories and trends.
Develop creative campaigns, internally and externally.
Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for social media campaigns.
Update internal and external social media content across all channels.
Engage with clients, co-workers, and followers.
Use marketing tools as needed, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained.
Collaborate with key decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas.
Develop content or potentially work with content developers.
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and content developers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies (Preferred):
Relationship management with key client contacts and multiple agencies/vendors.
Proactive strategic thinker with experience in brand marketing, consumer products, research, and client reporting functions.
Video and digital broadcast production experience/exposure and digital analytics preferred.
Expertise in broadcast (Spot TV and Radio), project management, production processes, testing, and reporting.
Experience in sponsorship, digital, and print is a plus.
Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual account financial management/reporting/billing.
Excellent oral communication as well as presentation and writing skills (both long-form and PowerPoint).
Experience in creating social media strategies.
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
Ability to craft engaging content.
Excited by the changing landscape and adaptable enough to move with the changing tides.
